Account and Data Deletion

Users of Endoscopy Nurse Pro may request deletion of their account, their associated app data, or specific categories of learning-progress data. No login is required to submit a deletion request.

How to Request Deletion

Send an email to the developer using the contact information below:

Suggested subject line: Endoscopy Nurse Pro Account/Data Deletion Request

Your email must include the following:

  1. The email address associated with your Endoscopy Nurse Pro account.
  2. Whether you want full account deletion (account login data and all associated app data) or partial data deletion only (specific learning-progress data, quiz activity, scores, or bookmarks, without deleting your account).
  3. Any additional context that helps identify your account if needed.

Deletion Options

You may choose either option:

Data That May Be Deleted

Account data

  • Account email address
  • Login credentials (password hash)
  • Account profile (name, role)

Learning & progress data

  • Module completion records
  • Lesson progress
  • Quiz activity
  • Quiz scores
  • Bookmarks or saved progress

Data That May Be Retained

Some data may be retained after a deletion request is fulfilled if retention is required or permitted for:

Retention Period

Deletion requests will be reviewed and completed within a reasonable time, generally within 30 days of receipt, unless a longer period is required by law or operational necessity. You will receive a confirmation reply once your request has been processed.

Patient Data

Endoscopy Nurse Pro does not intentionally collect patient health information, medical records, protected health information (PHI), or patient identifiers.
